Graham Bell

Co-Founder & Chairman

Accomplished business executive with many years’ experience in the corporate world and as an independent consultant. Graham had a 25-year career with a global consumer MNC, rising to become CEO of the publicly listed Asia Pacific company. In his post corporate career he is retained as an adviser to companies in the defence, energy, and consumer sectors, and he sits on the boards of public, private and Government entities. He is one of the most notable ASEAN pioneers and remains at the forefront of ASEAN development as he commercialises exciting investment opportunities.

Art Malone

Co-Founder & Managing Director

Art is a Senior Energy and Resource Executive with a background in engineering compliance and asset management in the global resource sector including exploration, operations, advisory, venture capital and private equity for ASX, AIM and TSX listed junior and mid-tier resource companies and private entities.

Stewart Easton

Non-Executive Director

With a career in hydrocarbons and energy evaluation spanning over 25 years; including technical, senior management and director roles for major operators and a market leading independent energy consultancy, Mr Easton brings a global knowledge of technical and commercial excellence to the company.

Prof. Chris Ballentine

Co-Technical Lead

Chris is the Chair of Geochemistry at the University of Oxford. He is an acknowledged world expert in the origin, migration and accumulation of helium. He won the prestigious Eni industry award in 2016 for the development of isotopic tracers that have transformed our understanding of oil and gas systems, carbon dioxide waste storage, groundwater security and commercial helium accumulation (e.g. Tanzania and the US Texas Panhandle). He has held major research contracts with multinationals such as ExxonMobil, BP and Total, as well as the UK and US governments. He is currently Head (Chair) of the Oxford University Department of Earth Sciences, which is consistently ranked in the top five research departments in the world.

Neil McDonald

Stakeholder Engagement

Neil is a broad-based professional with extensive commercial experience across the energy and mineral sectors in Australia, from greenfield exploration to early development. Neil is an expert in all areas of Stakeholder Engagement and Corporate Affairs areas with strong legal grounding in commercial and regulatory compliance spanning 20 years.

Prof. John Gluyas

Co-Technical Lead

John is a geologist with 29 years’ experience in the energy industry and most recently a further 11 years’ experience in academia. While in industry John worked in production, research and exploration around the globe. John began his career with BP in 1981 before founding the first of his two energy companies in 2001. In 2009, he joined Durham University as Professor of Geoenergy, Carbon Capture and Storage. John is currently Founder and Executive Director of Durham Energy Institute. He has founded 9 energy and Earth observation companies. His research interests include helium exploration, geothermal energy, CCS and human induced seismicity. He is currently recognised as the global expert in helium prospectivity identification, evaluation, development and production.
